It’s pretty simple. The reason we started this website, is because we love potatoes in all forms and shapes!

We want you to be able to find the needed information and news about this famous root.

There are three main types of potatoes: starchy, waxy, and in-between. Starchy potatoes are those which are used for baking, such as in French fries. They are also used for soups and tossed with roasts. Waxy potatoes are a hybrid of the two, and have a thin skin. In-between potatoes are those with a combination of these features. You can pierce them easily with a fork, and then eat them with salt and butter.
